I think he may be 5 or 6 years down the line and only time will tell. Last season at City he seemed to be doing very well but towards the end of the season they seemed to tail off, whether this was poor management by Pearce remains to be seen, but the next 2 seasons will really tell us if Pearce is a top quality manager. Top managers cant survive on passion and enthusiasm alone. |
