Huddersfields finest Posts: 13,034 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: June 2, 2005	Middlesbrough have pulled out of their attempt to sign Chelsea's German international defender Robert Huth. The 21-year-old was set to seal a Ł5m switch but an ankle injury sustained prior to the World Cup looks likely to have scuppered the deal. Boro manager Gareth Southgate told the club's website: "It's a great shame for everyone involved that Robert won't be joining us at the present time. "But I'm continuing to pursue a number of avenues towards new signings."

Distin I dont rate too though, wouldnt somebody like Campbell be worth it more? I know he'd be on high wages but he's still a free transfer. The difference in a player like Campbells and someone elses wages may be Ł20k a week, so Ł1m a year. If they are thinking of buying Distin for Ł4/5m then surely Campbel would be worth a shot?
