Elite Member Posts: 278 Group: Carlisle United Member #139 Joined: October 14, 2006	I am new to this forum and I wish to express my personal views and opinions on football, I support Carlisle utd who are currently in league1 and are doing quite well at the moment :rolleyes:. The reason why I have come here is because I used to go on the BBC 606 messageboard but it's now dead and full of ghosts and the new one is too sh!t and too moderated, I have recognised that this board has some previous 606 users on it so hopefully they will make me feel welcome! oh and err let's hope that we have some great banter.......................................

Posts: 18,008 Group: Notts County Member #71 Joined: February 1, 2006	Welcome Son I hope you like it here. :) Its great to see Carlisle doing well in lge 1 as you were the best team I saw last year and deserved to go up,though we should have done at your place. :rolleyes: Is Mr Hawley on fire as much as he was last year?

Elite Member Posts: 278 Group: Carlisle United Member #139 Joined: October 14, 2006	Yeah Hawleys doing great at the moment with six league goals but he's out injured for 2 weeks due to a broken rib :( and as for when you played us at our place last season you could say that Michael Bridges single handedly won that game. They were the last goals he ever scored for us before he ran off to HULL :realmad:, bet you were glad that we managed to hold Nottingham Forest to a draw when we played em away with them being your rivals an all.

Elite Member Posts: 278 Group: Carlisle United Member #139 Joined: October 14, 2006	No it's not like that, I just washed up a shore here when my sail boat was wrecked in a storm, I managed to save a few items including my wireless laptop, I've been here for about 5-6 months now living off the fruit trees and wild boars which I hunt. I tried searching for rescue by looking for other people but I have found no one else here but I know that there must be a transmittor somewhere here on the island otherwise my internet connection wouldn't work ;)
