Swansea have recruited Huddersfield striker Pawel Abbott on a two and a half year, £150,000 deal. The Poland Under-21 international, 24, was out of contract at the end of the season, the Swans swooping to replace departed £300,000-man Rory Fallon. Any comment young James? |

Well I will get my comments in first. For him personally it was the best thing. As here his carrer is wasted because of Jackson. At the start of the season he played well but as soon as Jackos favoraite player comes back "Booth' he gets dropped. Shame really, then every time he got given the chance to prove himself he was trying to hard. Even if he had played well he would still be on the bench. So when he came on and got 2 goals setting up the other I thought he would be played alot more and maybe Jacko has finaly see some sence and see he is a good player. This is not the case and we have sold him to the Swans. Now my own personal preference I would have loved him to stay. He was a great player and at the start seemed to team up along side Beckett really well. So it is a shame as I really liked him but now he has gone nothing can be done about it but think 'stupid decision' |

Swansea have got a bargain. Selling Fallon for £300k and getting Abbott for half that will be the best bit of business they do in a long time. Now come on lets get Leon Knight in!!!!! They would sell for less than the £150k and he has the pace and goalscoring talents we need. Best of luck to Pav, he'll always be liked at Hudds. |
