Come on then, which side of the fence are you on?

Should West Ham have been deducted points? ....or was a 5.5m fine the correct punishment?

Oh, and how would you feel if you were a Blades fan? :realmad:

Let us know.

At first I thought the £5.5 Million is enough

But technically Tevez is an ineligible player and since he was the difference between survival and relegation, a points deduction should have been enforced.

This whole business stinks of London/Big club shite!!! To say that one of the reasons that for not docking points was ' The players and fans of West Ham are in no way to blame for the situation and therefore should not suffer' is absolute TOSH!! What about all of the other clubs who did actually lose points, were thier fans to blame?......NO!

Having said I still think that any legal action would be a waste of time.Sorry Blades.

This is to take nothing away from Tevez, who I love to watch and is wasted at West Ham.His 110% work rate is typically English with South American skill on top.The perfect combination.

If the papers are to be believed Tevez will move in the summer and West Ham wont receive any of the money. Therefore does he still belong to the third party and does this make him ineligible? After they ripped his ontract up after breaching the rules how was he re-signed? Through a loan deal from the 3rd party or on a contract until the summer?

I think its really difficult to tell whether West Ham are in the wrong or not here, in a way magnusson cant say anything unless this does go to court and he says something that influences the case. The other side of the argument would be if he had nothing to hide then why cant he say anything?

A very hard case to judge from the outside as nobody seems to know any details on the matter.
