Paul Ince becomes the first black English Premier League manager after he is appointed Blackburn Rovers boss.

I say good luck to him..I like Incy..

I think MK Dons will struggle without him..they'll be hard pushed to replace a motivator like him..

HOpefully he will do ok. Personally I think its a big gamble taking a manager from effectively L2 to the Premiership. A Championship club may have been a better move.

I think MK Dons will be ok, they still have the money there and Winkleman the owner seems to have a lot of drive and passion.
