Great 2nd half performance from the lads, we slaughtered Bradford in that second half and may have had 6 or 7 by the end after a very even first half.

GARY ROBERTS IS MINT!!! Him and Cadamarteri were way too good for City.

Wonder if Alex or James went last night..? Bradford took about 3,500 of the 9,000 crowd last night. Mind you, it was their cup final!! :D

Remember you saying that you wasn't taking the game seriously, not even a pre-match thread in sight. What this? An unexpected 4-0 victory and it gets shouted from the rooftops, don't know how the result can be taken so seriously.

Sing when you're winning springs to mind.

BTW I wasn't at the game, instead saw Macclesfield pull off a shock victory against Blackpool.

Well played. We played long ball all game and you passed it and deserved to win. Thought we had a chance at half time after looking comfortable in the first half but you turned it on in the second. Was probably the best atmosphere i've seen at a Town-City game too.

I was in the VIP bit of the Fantastic Media stand so cudnt really tell about the atmosphere...

VP - we arent really shouting from the rooftops but 4-0 is pretty funny. Expected win and another Yorkshire derby in round 2.

Expected victory

Most Town fans were quaking in their boots on Saturday 9th August. Town struggling to get a point off Stockport while Bradford bossed Notts County.

At the same time fair play for Town for turning up the heat when it mattered the most. Hopefully the Bradford players will make sure this is the last hiding of the season.

Wonder how many Sheffield United fans will turn up for Round 2?

PS: If Town are away, I made a mistake due to intoxicating reasons.

Huddersfield are at home to Sheffield United in round 2...im expecting maybe 2,500-3,000 away fans and a total crowd similar to the last round.
