Out of the hundreds of mountains in the Cumulo Mountain rage here is where it had grown around. Here, on this mountain had once in fact been a ferocious volcano but millenniums age have cause the beast to die away, to an large mound of black rock, now hidden by snow and ice. At the very high peaks it is deadly cold all year long, but in the mid section, it is suitable living conditions for the Aeroclan Gryphons to live.

Mount Cumulo Pride Base

These moors are wide and piedmont-like. They have many small valleys and have few forest. It only rains once every month, but has fair humidity. Much open space, is there for them to run. Here is were the Safa Gryphons live.
Sirus Moors Pride Base

The Axe Headlands are a beautiful mix of water and land. It is the closest pride to the coast. It has no beaches and only capes, and hills of land. It also has small islands and grassy mesas. Here it rains every other day to week. This is the domain of the Hydraclan pride.

Axe Headlands Pride Base

This Canyon is a vast, dry forest area, now considered a small desert. It was carved by an extinct ocean. Now it has a large river, one that is still carving it. Many beautiful, arid forest formations from what the ocean has carved are found here, and secret areas of were the calcium has turned red stone white, and the water a clear bright blue.

Midnight Canyon Pride Base

Here is a burial ground for the loved one of all four prides. Although it is a place of death it is not frightening- but peaceful. To the Gryphons the mountain sings to them and brings them joy an hope, because the wise ones had been buried there, and the ones they loved it bring comfort, like a lullaby.

These rainforest are beautiful and temperate. It is moist and mossy, and has many tall trees and waterfalls. Much rare and thought to be extinct flowers do grow here. Here everything is silenced, except the birds songs, and war is forgotten.

The most frightening place, giving many horrible beliefs. This place sometimes can give a desperate feeling, to any sensitive Gryphon. It is dreary, the sky is always dark and cloudy. It can cause illusions, due to it's environment. It has red fog every morning, and none know what it is, they assume blood.

This is a dark forest of many evergreen pines. It is any regular forest except for it's circles of runes on the ground, that sometime throb when touched. They say that trapped magic energy lives under the ground.

Here is were the sun seems to always shine on the forest. This forest is full off same-sized thin gray trees, with orange leaves, and the ground is covered in a mossy grass. The canopies of the leaves block the sun out, but light beams go through giving a heavenly atmosphere to the area.

This coast is fairly new to the Gryphons (hence the name). This coastal area is a part of many fjords, although the water is amazingly warm. There are many beaches,cliffs, and headland islands surrounding this beautiful area.

This waterfall is one of the most beautiful known to gryphons. The banks of the pools that the water tumbles into is speckled with pyrite. The large waterfall hides a cave behind its watery curtain. Their are other smaller falls that surround the large one that fall into their own little pools. The water is considerably warm due to the hot springs that rest at the top of the falls. The waters are sapphire blue yet still can be seen through like clear water. The unnatural blue color is due to the minerals that seep from the springs. This is why it was named Sapphire Falls.

This area is a loud place of geysers and volcanic activity. The whole place has been sounding like the belly-of a-beast for hundreds of years. In fact it is said to be the last bit of solid ground beyond a river of lava. There is land and vegetation here, but it is poisoned with ash and sulfur.

The many jagged rocks pierce the pads of the gryphon's feet, and the crumbling cliffs break faster than a Gryphon can fly out of the way before they hit the sharp jagged rocks below. This place was once secret and deprived from the world. It was a place where some of the outcast Gryphons could impale the other pride's Gryphons, still alive, on the sharp rocks. Bleaching the tips of the sharpest stone, red with the blood.

Right in the middle of many steep cliffs, this large eerie are is of no specific terrain, never to be of any. As it appears different almost every time visited, nothing is ever the same... but the mood. This land is always dark deary and unwelcoming to anyone, even to the toughest of all the gryphons. This place, it causes hallucinations, and the area it appears different to everyone's eyes.

Some have thought this is a place where it crosses into another dimension. A place where you see your deepest fears. A place were you think the enforced dark world.
But there is something other about this, much worse. There have only been few who have found their way out. Others vanish without a trace. And the real remains of many other gryphons are found with ease, half eaten or ripped into.

There is something in this forest... Could it be the forest itself?... None know... And will anyone ever find out?
