Crash Mansion Halloween Show

Amazing, brilliant show last night and so much fun! The guys were gorgeous in their black dresses, makeup and (for Mal, Mat, and briefly Mark) wigs! 
They also debuted a fab new song Warrior! 
Set List: Champion, BOP, COL, Aurora, Love is Just a Game, Gospel, UUTLGO, Wish You Were, Warrior, Slavador, IMMHB, IMH, TT
I've uploaded 3 vids so far, and will work on more vids and my pictures tomorrow.

Brief disruption when someone felt the overwhelming need to occupy MY spot and I had to shift my stuff and myself over to Coyle center...not that it's a bad place to be "forced" into...being the professional I am, I quickly recovered

Fabulous Your Vegas-ness tonight! Think they might have been having a few sound issues, but I thought they sounded great! Very interesting environment, rather eclectic crowd...They played a short set tonight but well worth every second: IMMHB, BOP, Aurora, Gospel, COL, IMH, GSS/Champion.

They killed it tonight at the Canal Room! High energy, crowd was way into it. They did: It Makes My Heart Break, BOP, Colour of Love, Aurora, Gospel, White Spirit, TT, IMH, Greatest Stage Show/Champion. I know you all want to hear the new one so I uploaded that first....Jonny throws down some funky bass...get your vegas groove on and take a ride on a big machine.........

Great show at Rockwood, always love seeing the acoustic sets! They did: Love Is Just A Game, Oceanbird, Saturday Night, Blue Eyes, I'm on Fire, TT, It Makes My Heart Break, Someone to Love, IMH, and Salvador. I should be able to upload all the vids; Rockwood's lighting is more geared towards ambience than brightness, but there is more light actually there than my camera picks up. The vids seem slightly darker, but I think they are still viewable. I think you'll notice the difference once I get my pics up.

Brilliant show again, although a bit short, but then we always want more, don't we? They did IMMHB, BOP, Aurora, Gospel, Colour of Love, IMH, and Greatest Stage Show/Champion. Just a total rock-on set. 
I didn't do too many pics, I might only get a couple decent ones out of what I took, and I haven't completely gone through the videos, but I will say there wasn't much lighting on the guys at this venue.....seems to be a running theme lately......guys, you need more light! That's not to say I won't upload, but I'll take a better look at them later and try to get up what I can, they're not as dark as my Roots ones came out, but I hate to not post them because the guys sound great! I'll write more later, I can't seem to focus too well right now.

Great show last night! They sounded amazing and were in a great mood, lots of funny moments. Acoustic shows are so relaxed. They played I'm On Fire, Oceanbird, Saturday Night, Blackbird, IMMHB, Blue Eyes, Love Is Just A Game, TT, TWTWWW, IMH, NY Rain, Salvador. Someone asked if Blue Eyes was about Mat, Coyle said yes 
It's about Mat and Jon because they both have blue eyes, Swedish eyes, and he should call the song Swedish Eyes That Coyle, so funny!
I am so sad to report that as I suspected my vids are too dark.
I hate not being able to share them. Roots has very low lighting that for some reason my camera just does not like. I may need to find, I don't know, a portable spotlight or a 3rd camera for low light settings. 
I am still having computer problems with getting my pics off the canon (Bell House and Roots are still on there), I was able to re-install the sony so I could transfer the vids. So sorry again about the vids, I tried but kinda knew it wasn't going to work. I really love Roots, but not a big fan of their lighting. If it's any consolation, I'm planning on doing the Tribeca Grand show (I know it's not acoustic though) and of course any other shows they put up that I can make it to.
If I could also just briefly mention, I liked the other artists that played, Shake and Bake (Irish/Russian guitar/accordion duo), Andy Zipf (he's really good!), and I think we all had fun watching Brothers Moving, a Danish group, kind of hard to describe but very energetic and fun, they even use a kazoo! Don't see that too often. I could really see all of them playing Rockwood. An international evening in Brooklyn.

Amazing show tonight! Who needs a meteor shower when you have the real stars on stage! Truly incredible. So fantastic for them to support the Ronald McDonald House. Dave from Jupiter One was there! They played: Greatest Stage Show/Champion, Birds of Paradise, Colour of Love, Aurora, NY Rain, Love is Just a Game, Gospel, Wish You Were, Makes My Heart Break, In My Head, and Troubled Times. I wasn't really expecting to go to this show, but thanks to a text from Kathy, 
I reconsidered, figured it out, and was able to go! Amazing show! I seriously feel like they give off this energy that is just too big to be contained in whatever room they happen to be playing in, they could literally blow the roof off. The venue is really cool, stage is a pretty good size and they have really cool lighting, although it sometimes didn't translate as well on camera, but most of what I took came out fine. They played: Greatest Stage Show/Champion, BOP, Colour of Love, Aurora, Love Is Just A Game, Gospel, I Wish You Were Somewhere Else, IMMHB, IMH, and TT. I still have to sort through everything and figure out what I'm uploading, plus my Depeche stuff, so it may take me awhile to get to it all, I'll do my best.
