Openings 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are all great
My fav ending is 4. Great song more than makes up for the lack of animation.
Following that are 9 and 15 (must watch)
11 has the best animation imo, but a crappy song (the ending part) kinda spoils it
13 rocks too.
Other worthy mentions:
1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 16 have nice songs
