 People are, in my opinion, born gay. Arya, your friend is either not gay, or is denying who he is just to fit in. People will do crazy things to be accepted by the masses.

Anyway, as for gay marriage, I agree with Robin, Killer, and Desi on this one. It is their life, let them live it. People should be able to live their lives how they wish as long as it doesn't harm anyone else. This is actually written in the Constitution if you happen to live in America. You would think our country would at least follow its own standards, but oh well.

Now to say it is against nature is actually false. There are animals that are gay out there. If nature itself can be gay, how is it unnatural to be gay? I actually watched a documentary on gay animals once. So it basically proves that being gay is not just something humans alone do. (Yeah it was kind of a strange thing to see on TV.)

So to end my way to long argument, I hope to see some time gay people being socially accepted. We have made a start with people of other races and religions. We have also progressed with women's rights. Do I think we are completely there yet? No, we still have a lot of work to do. Still, I hope I live to see that day that we accept people for who they are instead of what the majority think is "right".
