Novice Posts: 1 Group: Civilian Member #821 Joined: February 15, 2008	Basically, most modern encodes, such as h264, don't work on consoles yet - console media capabilities seem to be a few years behind the forefront of internet media trends. As a result, while they support the older container formats (avi, mp4, and so on), they're not likely to support the encoded file that's actually inside most fansub AVIs or MP4s these days.
