Since we have a lot in our crew, we should either make divisions(Bleach style) or One Piece style or whatever style is necessary/cool.(White Beard's crew) I'll still be the main captain though, but it'll just make things more interesting and fun  Example: Bleach Style: Kazuki - 2nd Division Captain Alfa - 2nd Division Vice Captain Luffy - 2nd Division 3rd Seat and so on... Shuinestreep - 3rd Division Captain Mostwanted - 3rd Division Vice Captain S4ppH1rE - 3rd Division 3rd Seat .... all the way up until 13 Division Drex - 13th Division Captain DaBaAn - 13th Division Vice Captain Nitta - 13th Division 3rd Seat yamamoto - 13th Division 4th Seat... and so on.. OP style(a lot more simplistic): Dexil 1st Division Commander Sabaku 2nd Division Commander Dragon 4333 3rd Division Commander NicoRobin 4th Division Commander Please don't feel offended if I didn't put your name here, I typed the names at random. Or, we could go into Espada and Arrancar rankings... There will be a twist, you have to earn your way to be an Espada. Better yet, when you become an Espada(maybe), it will be hard to go up in the rankings. The gap between Espada 9 and 8 are HUGE. Just something to think about... Absolutely, NO SPAM in this thread.
