Senior Webmaster Posts: 532 Group: Moderator Member #97 Joined: September 12, 2007	Well now that all the character arcs are finished im guessing it will last around 500-600 episodes, if they REALLY stretch it I guess they could make 700 shrugs shoulders But now that the actual plot behind one piece has risen with the information of Luffy's father im sure the straw hat pirates are going to get drawn into the war. It all depends upon how the series want to play from there on out. It could take a long way with like 700-800 episodes im sure or it could take a short way with more like 400-500. Both are possible we just dont have enough information right now. But with the knowledge of how one piece likes to stretch out it arcs lengths im leaning towards the long path. We do have to realise that the more episodes the more money for its creator so thats another reason I lean towards that.

the brazilian pirate :P Posts: 15 Group: Staff Member Member #89 Joined: September 9, 2007	i say max 800-900 because one piece has teh good thing of not having a time limt. some anime have it so a character has to finish a mission or something during a certain time. not one piece, luffy can become pirate king whenever he can. not by the end of next year or something. and also the characters are young they could make it go until they are older.
