 If there was a devil fruit that gave the user the power to control water, or better yet, sea water, what would the effect on the user be? Would there power be constantly drained and then replenished when in contact with sea water?? :omg:

 It would be the ultimate devil fruit, logia type which practicaly has the advantage over every other d.f. user. (sea water attacks would weaken even the mightiest foe).
But due to the curse effect of D.Fruit (seawater weakness), such ability would contradict itself and therefore cannot exist.
The closest possible outcome is something like Aoi Kiji...
