abortion is a no-no for me!its the same as killing. as for cloning,if its on animal its okay but not for human.

oh i had these topics in philosophy in before abortion yes: the baby hasn't been born yet, not considered human according to utalitarianism, more ppl will be happy, so its moral no: golden rule - do unto others what you want to be done to yourself. in other words its not moral personally i'm fine with both. it doesn't really matter much to me |

Abortion is illegal after the fifth month of pregnancy or so because the fetus is already half developed into human form, not moral to kill and very dangerous procedure for the mother: 50-50% death probability. I think it's very reasonable for a young girl who hasn't thought things trough, made a mistake, got pregnant, to abort. Let's face the facts that she will not be able to support the child, give it home and be a good mature mother with a working husband... Infact, most husbands at that age run off and not accept the role of father for the same reasons (being young, foolish and not mature). All i'm saying is not being selfish to the baby. Have it when you have ideal terms and a husband by your side. It's also smart to have an abortion when the woman is in late years (45+), in that case the baby can be born deformed and even cause mothers death on birthgiving. So people should think about these things carefully. Be informed, the greatest information database in the world is now available to anyone - The Internet. Use it and be smart. (Also use protection :P) |

MY reasons: as far as abortion goes, i agree with Pazuru, sometimes the chicks aint ready to have the child. The future baby should be killed early rather than have to go through what would be awaiting him/her once they reached the light. Unless the mom comes from a supportive family, which it rarely does, the child will face abandoment and the mom would go through post partem depression, in which case many moms opt to place the baby in the garbage can, they dont see adoption as a practical option. Theres more to this but you get the point, ay? Cloning on the other hand, we shouldnt play god as to what inhabits the planet earth. We have glow in the dark pigs nowadays, transparent frogs. Not the same thing as cloning but its in the same septic tank. People should not strive to be like god, unless you're a member of the church of jesus christ of the latter day saints, aka mormons, then one should not believe that they can become god. Above that, when cloning comes into operation, how will that affect the cloned human, lets say, your mom dies, you clone her, she no longer has that spark, that soul, lets say, that light her eyes, which in turn light her form, which in turn make her who she is, once she finds out that she is a fake, a copy, i would guess that she would drop into deprresion. thats my synopsis on my reasons.... |

Cloning huh? .. I don´t think we are meant to produce living specimens in a unnatural way... Well it´s kind of obvious that we shouldn´t. The world works on it´s own, we follow these rules and shouldn´t change stuff, if u ask me...But then again we were born with the minds that´s capable to do these things... We are capable of doing terrible things, right? But we shouldn´t because it´s wrong, because people have things that are right and wrong... Moral... So consider cloning wrong and don´t do it :ph43r: Why? google it and be careful, people have different opinions  Abortion.. Well this is an hard topic.. It´s mostly because there are lots of circumstances in this world that change the way we normaly think of a situation with abortion....Sometimes it´s needed to save lifes, sometimes it´s "needed" because the mother can´t take care of the child... Ones again there´s a right and wrong... Well if u ask me let someone adopt the child or put him/here in some kind of home that takes care of it. True, people live in different worlds with less options then the other, but if it´s possible dont go threw an abortion... Something like that, but then again I might be wrong ..Who knows? |
