I dont have a plan yet as it is because I am a bit busy, the finals for college are coming up within a week so im backed up on work at the moment unfortunatly. Afterwards though is summer break, hopefully I wont be working my butt off ><

EDIT:

Well I found something and well thought of something but its sort of like the roleplaying section but instead of having all that mess to deal with we just have an arena...just read this and tell me what you think. I can simply the combat even more and we could use this form for contests and such...

Sparring
Sparring is a form of online role-play that deals with combat between two or more characters, usually conducted on play-by-post mediums. Two or more players take turns in writing a joint-narrative battle, each one attempting to defeat his or her rival. The battle ends when one participant acknowledges defeat or one is judged the victor by an unbiased arbiter after a review of all related posts. In the context of Internet-based role-play, sparring retains its traditional meaning of play or practice combat, but is limited to written interaction. It is different from role-play in that sparring usually contributes little, if nothing, to a story or character development and participants are subject only to the rules of an agreed on role-play fighting system.

These fighting systems fall into two categories, speed-based and turn-based. Of these, the former is such that the involved parties seek to outmatch one another via superior typing speed and stratagem, and thus is usually left for websites or programs that support an instant messenger or chats. The latter has no emphasis on typing speed, but focuses wholly on strategy, and are thus usually based on forums and message boards. Both systems are further divided into explicit and implicit subsets (also called open and closed), which refer to whether the outcome of an attack is stated by the attacker or assumed to have happened in the flow of battle.

There is a large rift of ideologies within the community of sparring. It comes from the basis of the spar's purpose and intent, and divides sparrers into two categories, being roleplayers and fighters. Roleplayers are grouped as "orthodox" combatants, where no "autos" are acceptable, and it is a mutually respectful practice. Orthodox matches are completely based upon the honor system, and are held more to the ability of the character than the mechanics of the system. Explicit guidelines and rules apply to the fighters, in an "unorthodox" system. Unorthodox spars tend to use hit claims, as discussed above as open and closed.

the turn base is the one we would be using which is also subdivided into 3 formates called T1, T2, and T3 (my personal favorite being T2).

T1: Post length based where description and strategy mean absolutly nothing and the winner is based upon the length of their post (the most unused format).

T2: Where description, strategy, and pure skill own the feild. Post length means nothing and the winner is judged by their level of roleplaying skill (and how closely they can follow the rules).

T3: Where the most important aspects of both T1 and T2 are combined to form a very difficult format. In T3 both post length and post description, strategy, and skill are combined and judged together. The winner is the one that reins surpreme in a combination of the two and a higher total score from the posts.

Regardless of who wins the fight in the roleplaying its up to the judges on who gets the popular vote (as well as the croud). Think of it like an arena with fans and such and the one that wins is usually the one who the fans cheer for the loudest and the most =P

I hope I explained everything enough (I simplified everything for you the best I could).

That's sounds great! Could we also use multiplayer? Or would it be too difficult?

multiplayer equals large wars. This was what the original RP section was for but I guess it just didnt get through or hit off well enoiugh but with this all I really need to make is an arena and forget about the shop =P

I'm sure we can figure out ways to give out special weapons and items and such. But the easiest thing to do is like 1v1 2v2 and then random giant wars XD

I meant just 3 or 4 fighting against each other - nothing monumental. Just for more epic moves, like "rolls out of the way of x's punch and simultaneously trips y, then gets up and knocks y off the stage".

well yes you can but those last two moves are illegal XD

By rules you have to give your opponet a chance to respond to an action. But at the same time they can not dodge every single move or else that would be considered power playing =P Absolutly everything will be explained if people want to give it a shot.

Yeah, I guess that makes more sense than automatically defeating someone with no preparation.

yeah, the rules exist to bring balance to the fighting =P the only ones ever able to even at the slightest bend the rules are gods but then again we will probably not allocate any gods XD unless we think it would be a good idea =P

pluss I will need to figure out how to allocate special powers and stuff as well @_@

How about 5 points every time you win a match (or beat an individual), and you can buy permanent items. And on a second thread you can post the status of everyone's items and points.

thats a good idea =P I just hope it doesnt go too crazy. I think though if we allocate gods then it will help stabalize a neutrality balance. it helps use them as a type of "cop" system and at the same time help use them to sway the tides of wars, battles, politics, and many other things.

Probably because the chips are like the abilities, and in that show they could affect the world with the computer program dudes.
