Dated April 2003: "Through Reuters Japan, it was today revealed that development of 18 upcoming titles from Capcom has stopped as a result of the poor performance of some of its more recently released games. Coming on the heels of an announcement in which the company spoke briefly on its financial earnings for the period ending March 31st 2003, the company revealed that titles as Chaos Region and Product Number 03, as well as a host of others, didn’t sell well. Moreover, titles such titles as Devil May Cry 2, Clock Tower 3 and Resident Evil Zero fell below expected sales figures. While the format all of the would-be 18 games would appear on, it was said that ten of them would have beenon the GBA platform."
