Oh wow, the American Alyssa REALLY looks like the CT3 Alyssa. XD

Anyway I think they should have kept it completely Japanese. Heck I wouldn't have cared if they kept even the voices in Japanese (even though I adored Bates' english voice). Because well, the other CT games were set in other countries. Why is it so far of a stretch for American players to deal with it being a Japanese setting? Heck I think Americans should be more exposed to other cultures, you know? It's pretty sad that we have to change a character's complete looks just so us Americans can feel "more at home" with it. I could rant about this more but I'll spare you all. XD

Plus for me personally, it was even more confusing to believe that everything was set in America, and then have a Japanese house setting you know? Like having the light switches in different places etc. I kept thinking the house was just structured weird (especially since I was in elementary school when I first played it). Sure you could go to the trouble of changing that, but then I think if they just were out in the open with it being Japanese in the first place, the Americans can just accept that it's a culture difference and save confusion.
