She's not necessarily evil, but it would seriously scary getting chased by her, since she can kill anyone with a lot of ease. Luca Blight from Suikoden II. He's so cruel and demonic as a human just because he literally enjoys killing everyone and everything (and he always calls them pigs), he's a sick bastard, and one of those villains you just love to hate. Childrich from Suikoden V. Again, for the same reasons as Luca, his face paintings kinda remind me of Ralph. The Joker from Batman. Seriously, this guy would make one heck of a subordinate. Every homunculi from Fullmetal Alchemist. Beacause they are all goddamn sadic and creppy, except maybe for Greed, I always saw him as the most passive of them all somehow.
