Come to think of it, a lot of the actual drivers from the game Twisted Metal: Black might work pretty well. Forget the vehicles, I know in the American version pretty much like 99% of the characters are all murderers or psychopaths in one way or another. It might be pretty awesome getting chased by Sweet tooth. He's a serial killer who wears a cursed clown mask which he can't take off, it's pretty gnarly.
