He has a nice character design (Hannyo mask, bloody labcoat and a giant cleaver that he drags on the floor). I think his personality remained kind of a hollow, and it would have been nice if they would have revealed more about him, like showing a pre-insanity journal (like they usually have in FPS or horror games) he has written or something about his past. He remained as a mystery, and his Spoiler: click to toggle death seemed to be kind of a rushed and left me dissatisfied .
