I voted for Jennifer. For practical reasons, Jennifer's story is the one most likely to guarantee a return to what I consider the most classic Clock Tower essence. For more specifically plot related reasons, Jennifer seems the most central character to the original Clock Tower plot; she is the "Laurie Strode" or "Nancy Thompson" of Clock Tower, in my opinion. Other than that, I just think she's a really good character.
