ALYSSA! I've become a Subordinate!

That is the greatest mental image ever. I wonder what Bobby and Dan would think of Jennifer charging them waving a poker and wearing a quilt on her head! They might wind up hiding from her... Seriously, though, I'm not enthusiastic about increasing stats by using them. It's a good idea in theory, but in every game I've encountered it, it's been more frustrating than rewarding.
I think that would be the best idea, to go back to multiple events, then increase your stats based on which ones you trigger. For instance, triggering events that end in chase mode (Anne-through-the-skylight) might give you a boost in Speed, while triggering the same event from a safe distance (Anne-through-the-window) might augment your Hide stat, instead. Defend could be increased by getting out of danger without help (getting out of the shed yourself instead of waiting to be rescued; waiting for the rescue would instead increase your Luck). Panic could just be increased like the Holy Water in CT3; you get more at fixed points as you progress through the game. Also, if there are multiple playable characters like in CT/2, certain characters could just start with some stats higher than others. Like, say, Jennifer starts with high Hide and Luck, while Gotts has high Defend and Panic. Maybe? |

You're welcome for the mental image. ^^;; I personally see Bobby and Dan rolling with laughter seeing Jennifer trying to wear items around their house, like "She's using our bedsheets as a dress, what a stupid girl! Mommy, you really picked a dumb one here!!" I agree with the earning of the increased stats. It's just as frustrating as trying to level up in a RPG. I always tend to get bored/tired of it. I liked your idea of that different events trigger different stats such as how each of Anne's deaths would give out different stats increases depending on what the death is. And I definitely agree that different people should have different stats, like for example: Jennifer = Hide+ and Luck+; Helen = Speed+ and Panic+; Nolan = Speed+ and Hide+; and Gotts = Defend+ and Panic+. Seems that adding a fifth person would've worked because then they'll have Defend+ and Luck+; maybe Tim, Beth, or Danny? Danny was so smart to avoid going on the trip with the rest of the guys to the Burroughsclan's Castle! >V< He must've read the script ahead of time. |

Then Mary takes off after her, screaming, "No! Not my good linens! Use the cheap sheets from the guest room; I don't care if they get dirty and cut up!"
LOL. Maybe someone new. Say, a shopkeeper who's aunt has just died. As he's packing up her stuff, he finds old pictures and makes an astonishing discovery: he had an elder sister who ran away after a falling out with his parents. He does a little digging and finds out a "Jane Doe" matching her description died in childbirth in a rural hospital, and the baby was sent to an orphanage. A little more research reveals this child, Rolla, possibly his niece, was officially declared a victim of the Clock Tower murders... but that the coroners couldn't definitively identify the body as hers. He continues to follow this trail of maybes in search of his lost family and blunders right into the path of the Scissorman. Or whatever. Like I said, as long as it's scary, I'm there. |

This is something I would like to see in the next Clock Tower: optional sidequests. They would still have to be scary, something that would compliment rather than detract from the main storyline, and I wouldn't want anything too fetch-questy (if collecting items as described above, for instance, perhaps they could mix up the way they're acquired, a la Dual Hearts, instead of just "hunt-em-down"). |

I would bring back Jennifer and Nolan to explore the Clock Tower and find Bobby still alive. It would have multiple endings. Some good and some bad! |

It would be awesome for th wii because when you'r in panic mode you shake the remote. And when you'r walking you can be heard breathing from the volume thingy in the wii. As for story I don't know but it will probably be about a girl and scary. |

I liked the idea of shaking the Wiimote in order to restore Jennifer's health and I agree that hearing her breath through the Wiimote's speaker is clever. It just makes me excited thinking about the things you can do with the Wii!! Heck, they should even let the Wiimote do vibrations based upon her heartbeat to enhance the gameplay! If they can utilize it like they did in the trailer for the Wii game called Sadness, would be totally awesome in an Clock Tower environment! Now if anyone has played WarioWare: Smooth Moves, remember that microgame where it has you using a form that seems like you're running? [Like that athlete race?] Can you only imagine HUMAN making us do that motion to get Jennifer to run away from the Scissor Man? I would die laughing so hard! >V< |

If I had to run and panic while doing what clocktowersurviver and I said with the Wiimote. That would mean that you'll be running in place and shaking at the same time, like you have seizures or something. ^^;; Man, I hate to play the part where Jennifer runs away from Dan if it means I have to do that! |

I like the different stats idea. Another idea for stats i would like is Courage, which would determine when a character would start panicking. Like Nolan might start panic mode after scissor man is very close, Gotts might panic only after being hit, Helen might panic from a moderate distance, while Jennifer might panic from a longer distance. |

Ms.Mary, that is the most awesomest idea! I liked the idea of inputting in a Courage meter because everyone does get scared at different levels. And it's good that your character's fear level would be different from others. It would really make you becareful of how you play such a character! Ooooh, I like it a lot. ^^;; |

The bar may also determine how fast a panic bar would rise while hiding.Once it reaches full the character must leave there hiding spot. |

Imo it should be a sequel to Clock Tower II/Usa The story should take place 9 years after the last game in September Jennifer is waiting for a child..and she's married with Nolan. They live in Norway in a small town. Jennifer every night dreams about a lovely child, who is playing with his Dad (very similar to Nolan..but with a weird and wicked face) then a woman with the face covered with a mask arrives and kill the man with a knife. Then she strangles the boy after having stabbed him Then the lady reveals her face..she's Jennifer. (but with bloody eyes) That's the dream Jennifer has every night. The game should include a big big big mansion as seen in "First Fear" not the sucky castle of Clock Tower II There should be Bobby..looking for revenge One of the bad endings should include Jennifer having her child: he is deformed and very similar to "Scissorman"..then the camera move to the Barrows Mansion..zooming on a Mary's painting |
