I''m pretty sure I was clear in what I was trying to prevay in my original post but I can break it down in minamalistic laymans terms if it has gone over anybody's head. I said in trying to have some connectivity between the sequals I was going to use the supernatural means in which Mary Barrows used to change her children into "scissormen" as a means to which has also caused stephanie to do what she does in CT2 and keeping with the running theme of murderous children have replaced the yellow drug enduced zombies of that game with a demonic pediatric ward of children much inn the same veign as scissorman and yes steaphanie which if thought about makes much more sence then the conveluted story arch of clocktower ghost head. Still with me. Now here's the kicker . I found george maxwells character interesting but seemingly out of place in an already crowded central story line of CT2 game so instead of ditching him I just ditched his back story... so he could still appear int he game becuase fans seem to like him. instead of George Maxwell being a pivital plot twist I made him a drug enduced hallucination that thedemonic murderous children once again in the same veing as the first 2 clocktower games , see as sort of the same principal as what an electric colar does to a dog, this drugs rhat causes these children to see george maxwell is used as a scare tactic becuase other wise the staff wouldnt be able to control them. Still with me. If you ask why he still si named "george maxwell" even though he isn't technically a character but an hallucination , I haven't completely fleshed it out yet but it's either the name the staff memebers gave the halliucination after discovering all of the children collectively have the same hallucination doign what ever research they do on these kids which would be discovered as the game goes along or other means. I made it so that he is a drug induced hallucination that is a caused by the drugs administered to the children by the hospital staff whom under the guise of being a normal hospital are actually black magic practitioners as well as the small sorrounding area and use children with eprmission from the parents whoma re also in on the this , for their own purpouses just..like...mary did in the original much once again connecting the first two clock tower story archs to this game and bringing to mind the plot of the film ROSEMARYS BABY. I hope that cleared it up. |

(Growls) Kyrtuck-san. WE DO NOT SPEAK OF THAT GAME. (Hates Shadow The Hedgehog with a flaming passion) But you mentioned Fable, so all is well. My personal favorite... (sheepish) I'd like to see a sequel to CT3. I always kinda liked the Subbies, and really? I'd like to see maybe Alyssa's daughter having to take down ol' Bobbo an' Dan- and RUDY! XD I can see that. Rudy: (Brandishes scissors) Alyssa's Daughter: ... "My mom was scared of a Chinese circus clown in tights?" EDIT: Also, I'm sorry, but Clutche? Your post was a bit hard to read... I'm sorry if I'm offending anyone, but it was kinda hard to read for a girl who's blind in an eye and has the attention span of a gnat on crystal meth. BUT I do like the idea of reintroducing the Fear Meter and the intro like Kyrtuck, but some ideas kinda make me... well, Owl WTF if you know what I mean. |

The Reasons Clock Tower And Resident Evil Can't Be Crossed Over: 1. Alyssa would pwn all the zombies. 2. Bobby would probably kill someone. It's his job. 3. Jennifer would solve the puzzles in minutes. AND 4. Bates owns Wesker and that is that. "I see number four as a perfectly good reason to make a crossover!"-Me "Give me back my cow!" -My sister, upon having to chase me around the house to get back her stuffed plush... of a sheep. XD;;; | |

*has fit of giggles* :D Seriously, though, I'd like a CT3 sequel. CTGH would be great, too. 'Nuther question: how would boss battles be handled in a sequel to either of those (since Alyssa Hale's got guns- at least some of the time- and a CT3 game would probably have a Ruder protagonist with a spirit weapon)? An updated version of CT3's first-person attack system, or something trap-oriented, like in TFF or Haunting Ground? Or something totally new? EDIT: While I personally got a little annoyed at the limits on both games' combat systems, I also do not want traditional weapons. Maybe they could keep Clock Tower 3's idea of the weapons only being usable in certain places. Let's say Bates has a very limited number of bullets and decides to conserve them without your input, so you can only use the gun when HE pulls it. Once he does, however, you can move it and aim it a little more freely than the bow in CT3. |

*SNORT* Oh wow, that's pretty funny! XD
I like how Haunting Ground handled boss battles. In my opinion, it's very Clock Tower-ish because you have to use your surroundings to attack rather than weapons (excluding Hewie and a few items that cause damage to your enemies, of course). (Though if CT3 ever has a sequel it'd be nice if the boss system was updated. It'd be SO USEFUL if we were able to move our aim without having to stop aiming, move then aim again.) |

*bows* Quote from my mom. "This is Scissorman? He's a cute little Chinese clown in tights! Why are you scared of him?" *I get speared* "...I was wrong. Fear the Tights-clad Chinese Clown Of Scissors." *flail* I like all of these suggestions! There needs a way to be both- like Bates limits your ammo and you have fixed Spirit Weapons on hard. And there as to be a few joke endings- like this, an ending for a CT/RE fic I had planned (quote from my character, shortly after everyone asks her how Scissorman from Norway got to the USA within a few hours) Alyssa's kid walks in to find somebody typing and asks how they did this. They respond: "Hey, it's fanfiction! An' I'm the author, so what I say goes!" |

I'd like to see the old game back to the way it was, but going on the idea I'm using for the moment, I'd like to see a few girls thrown into a psychiatric ward which is abandoned and locked (how'd they get in there?) and the main girl only gets a few helpful items, a baseball bat and some mace, lols. But she doesn't obtain the mace until a certain friend dies, haha. Anyways, on with the reply, so yeah, I'd like to see a seriously EVIL Scissorwoman (or man) within the storyline somewhere. I have Scissorwoman, and I dunno how evil she is. Anyways, nothing comical, just plain scary. I want to see Mary's cat back in the story line, though. That would be cool if an evil cat just somehow wound up into the storyline as Scissorman's evil henchman. |

That's a really cool idea! It'd be a nice change of pace to have a female main villain, and a psychiatric ward would be a really creepy place to explore. |

That's scary when you think of things like that. Like to put it with the first Clock Tower game, in order for Jennifer to access the West Wing Key, she would have to watch Anne die. Or to get the Ceremony Room Key, she would have to watch Rolla die. And then it puts things into an interesting perspective -- lose your friends to survive? Or don't betray your friends to beat the odds. I would love to see a Clock Tower game where its just Scissorwoman chasing you. She is a very interesting character and it certainly breaks out of the whole mold. I'm all for it! We all love Mary's cat. The box is a lie, Jennifer!! <3 |

I really like your idea of Scissorman having a "minion" (cat) that could help him find you. On top of making noise to alert him to your presence, maybe the cat could also trip you up during chases by running around your feet or "stealing" your hiding spots. |

wow im glad everyone likes the whole cat idea! LOVE the idea about the cat stealing hiding places, ha! Anyways, its not JUST scissorwoman, its also Mr Forks... any guesses for what he uses? lol, but nah, i'll probably post the story on here for you guys and see how you like it. Other ideas for the game, now i'm back on topic; We should get a creepy old woman in there who just turns up randomly. Or something with a random creepy cameo in there. HA! |
