Well I was cruising along to the links on this site and I ran into another site that said that. I do not remember which site it was though... |

I dunno... but... actually... wouldn't it be awesome if Jennifer, Yuu, and Alyssa all joined forces (some idea I had a little while ago, they do have experience), and you could choose which person to play, and each character has multiple endings? :) I like the Panic Meter as well - since Jennifer has the most experience dealing with wacko serial killers, I suppose her Panic Meter would go up very slowly... Whereas Alyssa just has to get mildly electrocuted by opening a door with a sigil, and her Panic Meter will fill up a bit. xD |

I believe that they should sort of format it as one of those popular stealth games ( like Metal Gear or Tenchu w/o any weapons ) The game is about hiding from the enemy right? |

Yeah, a Clock Tower game with a few stealth elements would be cool! You could initially be chased by a killer, then be able to sneak around them once they're off your trail; if they see you, they'll start chasing you again. |

Yeah huh! And sometimes there could be levels where you have to protect other people! Like, say the enemy was about to find and kill your friend or something; You could make a noise, throw something or even sacrifice yourself and make him see you instead or something like that! :beth: |

As long as the characters' abilities are believable for an average person, so they don't lose the atmosphere of vulnerability, I would love to see some stealth incorporated into Clock Tower, stuff that gives the player the power to really outsmart or avoid their attacker without using weapons. CT3 and Haunting Ground played with it a little (alternate routes around encounters, carpeted floors that make less noise), but I'd love a game that exploits them fully; for instance, a game where you can avoid a chase by throwing a tablecloth over a creaky floor/keep to the shadows in a moonlit hall, decrease your encounter rate by changing/removing your shoes, or make hiding places more effective by using them in an unusual manner (hiding in the bottom of a closet has a better chance of getting you caught than crawling on the top shelf, for instance). |

That could be a bit of a hit, JBurroughs! Although it still might be a bit of hit and miss. A good outcome of that would be a really intense game which has you on the edge of your seat trying to stay hidden from a killer... OR you could feel way too safe knowing that you can avoid the killer and not really confront them much. Personally I'd like to see a bit of everything incorporated, i'd like to see a bit of stealth, but not too much and I think there would also have to be certain points where you HAVE to just simply run. I think Clock Tower would also be good if during some of the cutscenes it had button prompts, kinda like in Resident Evil 4 where you have to do it to dodge incoming attacks etc... Only just not as bad as RE4. (Sorry fans, I kinda dislike it!) Another idea I had would be keeping the panic meter, but having a health meter as well. It could get a little confusing but I reckon it could work well, especially from the realistic aspect of the game. (I mean like, Alyssa can potentially take as many sledgehammer strikes, acid burns, axe/scissor cuts as she wants, just so long as she calms down in between.) The panic meter would do all sorts of things, like it would mean our heroine/hero would take more damage, is more prone to making unnecessary noise and they'd generally be a bit less responsive to the controls. Also, multiple endings are a big yes for me. Quite frankly the single ending you can get in CT3 is pretty disappointing... It's pretty much just a "Hooray! We survived." ending. It's one of the reasons i've always liked Silent Hill, it's always had multiple endings. (I'm not so sure about number 4 but even then I still think it has...) So yes! Those are my ideas, I might think of more later... I think my ideal job would be designing computer games... :ct1jennifer: |

I Think They Should Bring Back Jennifer And Helen. They Go On A Trip To Investagate a seemingly Abandoned City. Bobby and Dan should make an EPIC! comeback! |
