Seems to me now that I think about it, that the Hand, or the Hungry Fireplace were a couple of the more annoying deaths, because you couldn't just panic out of them.

Mine has to be the locker Scissorman jumps out of in the first scenario. That was the first time i played the game,so i didn't expect him to jump out like that. The other one that scared me was in the wine cellar for the 3rd scenario, i think it's random, but Scissorman hides behind the wine rack, and jumps out when you examine it.
How many CTU agents does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

Rick's house did it for me. Both him in the rocking chair and that damn mask in the kitchen scared the friggin crap out of me.
Fear is fascinating...

Oh God.

The painting scene for me...holy crap. I was just looking at the painting, minding my own business, and then, all of a sudden, Scissorman jumps out of it. I was 12 when I first played this scene, so you better believe I screamed.

(I still jump when the Scissorman music comes around though. I dunno--something about it's creepy D:)

Human Entertainment DID make music that fit the series really good! Just the theme from CT:TFF is really creepy!

Yeah D:

But in CT2 I thought it was the WORST. Especially when I'm minding my own business, walking along, suddenly that music comes up and I let out a loud curse, my blood starts pumping, and I'm at a near paranoid state until Jennifer or Helen manage to get away.

I guess in a sense, everytime Scissorman comes up on me would be considered a 'worst scare', too. :/

(Though the Computer room was really bad too, ohmygod. I still can't look at computers the same way anymore D:)

I hear you. I'm the same way...

Although, for me, the worst scare was when I died for the first time as Helen (she was my first playthrough) it was just that agonized groan, the squelsh of scissors meeting organs and going through... it freaked the crap out of me, and not only that, I started crying because Helen was dead. Yeeeaah.

The Scissorman Theme... oh god, I panic even when I hear the Stalker music in CT3.

So there you have it. The Newbie's take.
The Reasons Clock Tower And Resident Evil Can't Be Crossed Over:

1. Alyssa would pwn all the zombies.
2. Bobby would probably kill someone. It's his job.
3. Jennifer would solve the puzzles in minutes.
AND
4. Bates owns Wesker and that is that.

"I see number four as a perfectly good reason to make a crossover!"-Me

"Give me back my cow!" -My sister, upon having to chase me around the house to get back her stuffed plush... of a sheep. XD;;;

Calling to the Night

I am not really scared of anything in Clock Tower but what suprised me was when you are at Barrows castle and Bobby is rocking back and forth in the chair like the girl from The Exorcist.

Because it's a confusing name.

Ugg...The painting got me when I first played the game. The other one that got me all the time was when I hid in the bathroom a bit too much and...well...it didn't work out so well the next time, haha.

I just remembered another thing that uneased me highly about the game. From what I remember, this only happens if either the Virgin Mary statue in the Priest Robes room (in the chapel area) starts to bleed from the eyes or you enter the torture chamber of the chapel while being chased by Scissorman.

Anyway, I went down into the wine cellar and find Scissorman hiding behind the shelving units. Then when you go back down and check out the barrel, suddenly blood spews out of it and Beth's finger and a key flows out too. Not sure why but that revelation of Beth's death really caught me offguard and surprised me.

Oh yeah, Beth's wine barrel death!

Actually, it's activated when you don't get to Beth in a certain amount of time.
