I think I was 12 when I first heard of it. Me and my sister were watching a game channel when it showed us a clip of Clocktower 3 when Alyssa enters her home and immedianty cuts to her investigating the house. My sister recognised the title and said she had played the first game (CT2/US) for a bit at a friends and "all you do is run and hide from a psycotic killer" and it wasn't that great. Years later I was looking for more horror games to buy when I remembered the game and what my sister said. So I looked it up, looked at the info, saw some clips of First Fear and then I fell in love. |

I was around 7 years old. My whole family are horror genre freaks, so my sister decided to play Clock Tower (US) and I would watch her play it. Scared the crap outta me, but loved every bit of it. XD |

I visited the site a few months ago and i was just amazed with the series, and I downloaded the rom for the SNES emulator. I'm getting really hooked to the game as well. |

Basically, it all started when my older brother showed me a trailer of Clock Tower 3, he had said that it's prequels never saw the light of day outside Japan (he's pretty in the dark about the Clock Tower series), since I was a pretty big fan of horror games, the series catched my attention and so I began doing some investigation. I had learned that there was a Clock Tower game for the Super Famicom and that a translation for it had also been release, so I grabbed a ROM, the patch, a patcher, my trusty ZSNES and started playing, it was like love at first sight. I enjoyed the game so much that I introduced it to lot of friends of mine, which happened to grow attached to the game as well. |

It was actually my sister who introduced me to the series, although she probably regrets it because sometimes I never shut up about it. It was a couple of years ago, and yes I am a noob to the series, when (I still dunno why she bought it, whether she saw it in the shops or she was recommended it, I dunno.) I was about... 13-14, she brought home this interesting looking game called Clock Tower 3. I had never heard of the previous titles before but I still was interested in seeing it... I was still really young back then and I was nowhere near as strong as I am today because my sis had already played it a bit the first part I saw was the bloody bit with Corroder, I had never seen anything THAT bad before and I remember it gave me nightmares for WEEKS, I didn't want to touch the series again but about a year later me and my sis were playing through all the horror games we had when she dug it up again, I was kinda reluctant, but I decided to brave throught it and watch it anyway and I wasn't so bad that time, Sledgy was a bit shocking, but even then... Plus, just playing games is usually a laugh with my sis, after I stalked her through it I fell in love with the game... Even Corroder. I used to have nightmares about subbies... Now... I dunno... They kinda make me laugh, especially when you stand next to a water fountain with Corroder and keep spraying and refilling your water forever... |

My friend Renee brought CT3 over to my best friend's house (and she and I were both over), and she was at the Scissortwins stage, and when I saw Jemima I fell in love and was like OMGIWANTTOPLAY. And became obsessed. This was about two weeks ago. XD |

I like collecting rare horror games and horror films, so the Clock Tower games sounded like a worthy alternative to the Resident Evil series. I have over 50 horror DVDs. My rare games include the first Clock Tower, Rule of Rose, Curse: The Eye of Isis, Still Life and Nightmare Creatures. |
