Poor Dan...

:P. Oops, always thought he was older there. His features were sharper, and he looked bigger than in the blood reflection one. But thats prbably because its a reflection in a liquid, and that would cause distortion.

I know, it's generic and unoriginal, but...

Ending A, it was a happy ending, and it was the most satisfying in terms of story. And if they didn't have it, there won't be any chance of continuing Jen's story.

You know, as far as Helen's E ending is concerned, it never actually shows her get killed, so she COULD have survived. Mostly likely not, but it's possible. She might have been able to escape, or maybe Scissorman just left after killing Jennifer. His favorite cartoon show was on at the time, anyway.

Well, okay, if you want to be technical, Jen's Ending did'nt nessecarly mean that she got killed. The way Helen was talking, It sounded like she could've just been knocked unconcious (via the Ah-bop-ooh move) or just mortally wounded.

I'm no doctor, but when you're stabbed in the back with a pair of scissors I'm pretty darn sure you usually die. =D; Unless they're not that far in, that is. I can't remember if the scissors in Jen's back were real lodged in or not, but even if Helen's reaction to finding her implied that she thought she might have only been unconscious, I think Jennifer was dead. 'Sides, it could've been like Jennifer's reaction to finding Rolla/Laura hung in the shower.

To tell the truth, I like Jennifer's A Ending. I never played Clock Tower 2 myself, because I find no way to get the game. But from the Endings I've seen, this one's just the best.

While I am a sucker for happy endings too, I do like some more realism to them and let's face it, the A endings are quite cheesy and try to be too epic. However, if I am playing through the game, that is always the ending I reach for because I like to try to beat the game everytime.

But my favorite is definitely the devious little one everyone else has picked... Helen's E Ending. heheh.

Helen's A Ending, for me. While I slightly prefer playing as Jennifer, since it's more a continuation of her story, I like the way Helen's best ending plays out...the moment of doubt as to whether or not Jennifer has made it (though Helen never doubts), the moment of relief when they find Jen, and the sense of satisfying closure when Helen says "It's over," which isn't followed by anything scary. It's just the stuff happy endings are made of, and I'm sure Jennifer had been longing to hear (and believe) those two simple but comforting words ever since her stay in the Barrows Mansion. I'm big on happy endings.

OMGosh I love that ending too! It's my favorite! Whenever I'm on Youtube I always look for videos with that ending. Sorry, I just love Jenny and Helen's relationship! ^_^
