Yeah, I'm pretty sure you get the F Ending when you don't see anyone die like that. There's actually an article about it on the DCJ fansite about it called "Mysterious Clock Tower Ending." Now, if the game were made so that there was a legit way to get all four orphans alive, then, well, yeah. |

... Oh yeah. Well, I'm guessing that you'd get the same result if you didn't see any of them die. Do you get E or F if you don't see Lotte die? I forget. ;o; |

You'll get Ending E when you met the same conditions for Ending D but take the third floor. As for Ending F, it actually only occurs when you haven't found out about the clock tower. |

WOW that's upbeat! Anyway, I voted other...I think if there was something similar to (but not quite) a joke ending, like in the Silent Hills, that music would fit. However, it wouldn't quite be a joke, so much as one of those endings where you find out that everything was just an elaborate setup and staged. Jennifer would find out that none of her friends had died, that Bobby was just some kid in a mask with fake scissors who was actually to be the girls' new adorable little brother, Dan was just some animatronic robot, and Simon and Mary were a happily married couple...and it just so happens that Simon is REALLY Walter Simpson. Yup. At the onset of the resulting party, THIS music would play, credits would role, and so on. It'd be a little morbid that they were willing to play that trick on Jennifer in the first place, but hey, finding out everyone was okay just might be a cause for such insanely mellow music. In any of the actually existing endings, I just don't see that happy music capturing Jennifer's mood when she's just lost most or all of her friends and found out her father was murdered by these psychopathic people and that's the whole reason she was orphaned in the first place. The music's very happy, but not in a profound "Look what I've made it through way," but in a "YAY!" way. Sounds like something from an RPG Village, and in a relatively lighthearted RPG or at a very lighthearted moment. In fact, it sounds very much like default music you'd find on the RPGMaker. I seriously wonder what it's original purpose was... On another note, now that I've discovered that music, I'm pretty sure I know now what I should listen to if I need cheer-me-up music for any reason! :P I dunno about anyone else, but upbeat nineties video-game music, like upbeat nineties cartoon music, brings some awesome nostalgia for me.[redit][/redit] Edited by MrMasonW2DS, Sep 25 2008, 11:33:09 PM.
