Let's see....she's not as sweet and innocent like Rolla. She's CERTAINLY not as good of a friend like Lotte. Personally, I don't love or hate her. I just likeher the less of the four girls. |

I actually like Anne. For one fanfics of her a fun to make, When I played I didn't notice anything that bitchy, she looks ok, but those Cheekbones. :blink: |

I would have to side with the others that say that Anne never does give a true reason for you to dislike her. She doesn't really do anything that qualifies as bitchy or anything. Personally, I definitely also prefer her over Laura whom seems to have no characterization at all in the game. Anne and Lotte at least have hints of character and it makes them stand out. Laura just feels like pure fodder to me and is the least impressionable of all the girls. |

I voted yes. Mainly because in the actual game, her one comment that can seem mean-spirited is one I always read as just playful teasing...and we don't have any evidence to show that she teases Lotte like that all the time (an occasional teasing and a frequent, derogative railing are two different things). In fact, I always just thought Ann was more the cheerful one of the group than cynical. She is, after all, the only non-evil character to ever show a hint of laughter (texted laughter, not sound). If some (official?) sources say she's selfish, I just don't think they made that come across so well in the game. I can't help but think she doesn't seem selfish or mean in the game, and I don't at this moment have access to whatever official sources might make her seem selfish/mean, so I have no reason not to like her.[redit][/redit]

Well yeah, I like Anne. Sure she's a bit of a bitch. but hey! HER DEATH SCENES ARE AWESOME! And thats what really matters ...Yes I am aware that logic makes no sense, but what matters is that I don't hate her. :3 |

Frankly, I like Anne. A lot. She looks really cute . I'm so surprised to hear that she had a mean spirited attitude. Even when she teased Lotte about being paranoid about the house, she came off as playful to me. but mean? Goodness! I mean, I wouldn't exactly call " heh, Lotte's paranoid " THAT offensive. And whatever relationship she had with Jennifer, it either wasn't that bad in the first place, or they forgot about the tension between them from being chased by a homocidal maniac. If you get Anne in the "A" ending they run to each other and hold hands and stuff. |

My friends and I tease each other like that all the time, it's really just playful teasing and not meant to be hurtful. And like ChocolateChipCookieLover said, she does seem really happy to see Jennifer in that one ending...okay, so she'd probably be really happy to see ANYONE familiar after what she'd probably been through, but still! When I first read that Anne was the supposed 'mean girl' of the group, I thought, 'Huh? Really?' XD |
