Wouldn't it be wonderful if they stuck something like this in a horror movie? I would go and watch that movie, no matter if the rest of it sucked.

Me too! Sullivan's death > ALL.

Looking at it again, it made me realize how stupid Helen was. Here is a decapitated man sitting in front of you and all you did was just STAND THERE STARING AT HIM? Not even a sliver of helplessness or any sympathy for your professor that died in front you. Wow, WAY TO GO, HELEN. [/golfclap]

...and then five seconds later ScissorMan pops out and she stands there...then she runs. And They were such wonderful friends, Sullivan and Helen, haha.

Heheheheheh, she probably wanted him bumped off so she could have first claims upon his archelogical collection and pawn it all off for the monies. Eaaaaaasy money. :P

Can't you see I'm panicked? Just look at the background

Hmm... well how many times have you been in a situation where your friend's head gets stuck in a hole?

Most people WOULD stay there a minute and laugh under their breath a little, and THEN go to help.

But Helen didn't get to go to the helping part as Sulivan's head got sliced off. Shock! Some people go into such a state of shock they can't move, can't say a word or even scream. So when scissorman appeared she had to get over this shock quite forcefully.

I don't think Helen was stupid, I think she was just being human.

Wow... you really can understand humans in such situations... I've gotta agree with you.

Likewise, and that is something I agree with. But I think most people interpret it as Helen being lazy or stupid is because they aren't experiencing the situation themselves so it is easy for them to criticize. Also, she does lack animation or reaction to the situation unlike in other areas of the game where she does show some shock or apprehension.

Maybe the developers got lazy.

Poor PS1 graphics. Demands remake of CT2 just so I can watch that scene, haha. I agree, but I still think it's funny that she just stands there.

Or maybe there was a couple times that Mr. Sullivan "showed her a different part of his collection" (come on, tell me I am not the only one who was perverted enough to interpret his line in such a way  ) and this was her moment of retribution. No sympathy for a dirty old man.
