But Fushigi said that I took the fun out of it and just stated that I dont think I did since people will most likely click on the link for the trailer before they read further comments. Thus clicking on the link, they would get the joke. Thus, a great April Fools joke.

Untrue, there are several people who will read the comments first before clicking something. I tend to do so, just to see if what I'm clicking is worth my time or not. That's how I've avoided being Rickrolled. xD I've had too many of my jokes online ruined before by people just coming in and saying "April Fools" It gets irritating cause sometimes you really have people believing it for a while and then someone just exposes it (when sometimes there isn't even a need to) and the fun stops. :{ I'm not saying you ruined the fun for this particular incident, just that people who come in and say "April Fool's" tend to do so. ;_;

Like Lime said, he said it after the first ended. XD; And TBH the joke was kinda obvious. You got the date + unbelievable random trailer appearance = ha ha it must be a joke. It's not like it was really spoiling anything, especially AFTER April Fool's had already ended. And maybe if you click on the links before reading the comments, like I'm assuming most people do (never heard of people doing otherwise), then you wouldn't have to worry about it. If you see the link's not worth it, there's always the X button in the corner of the screen.
