Acutally all endings could be canon as there is no sequel I guess. |

Jennifer's ending (A) is the true canon. |

Is it? What gives you that idea? If I remember correctly, the director said that it's up to the player... however, he said that he preferred not-so-happy endings. |

I remember someone here was talking about game's guide. The guide explains what happens after the game, and Jennifer's relationship with Nolan. Then again guides are not very reliable sources when it comes to explain things, because they usually written by people not worked on the game. |

They all can be canon, but I would pick the E endings. |

Both E ending would actually be much more interesting than any of the others. IŽll go with them. |

Despite what the director says about unhappy endings, the Es are just too anticlimactic - I mean, we never go to Barrows Castle, with all those neat deaths, or learn Scissorman's true identity? Come on! If Kouno insisted on a bad ending, then the Bs would be the way to go - probably Jennifer's B, as it'd be more dramatic to up the ante in the second Jennifer/Barrows twins showdown and have it culminate in mutual destruction. I like Jennifer and Helen too much to give them up to Scissorman, though, and the As are so cinematic (and interlinked!), so I have to vote for both A endings. |

Probably B in both cases. Sure, I love their characters, but I find it makes sense in the context of the rest of the game. |

The better endings are the ones that are most likely canonical though I agree with Jebediah that the game would be more interesting otherwise. Think about it: if it were revealed that the true ending is the one where the heroes fail that would just frustrate a majority of the game's fans Or it could be the same case with First fear. The true ending being that you don't completely win. Where the heroines survive but some of their friends are bumped off |

In my case it's Jennifer's A ending... Has anyone else noticed how slightly homo-erotic Helen's A ending is? In Jen's A ending she 'almost' kisses Nolan and then Helen interrupts; but in Helen's A ending Nolan is nowhere to be seen and Helen gets the hug (in fact in both endings she does; Nolan is ignored) She's keeping Jennifer for herself! Oh my GOD! |

Bow chicka wow wow. Heh heh heh, Anyway, I'd say the cannon ending is tottally up to you as a player, since we haven't seen these characters again in a sequel anyway. If I were to guess, I'd say...Jennifer A or B I guess. |

I'm going to go for Jennifer's B so she can go through ... Though in the end, I think I'd go for the Good End of the CT2 Drama CD XD .... Or the "A" ending, I guess, for Jennifer :3 |
