i do not wish for you to force that thing to apologize or leave, it doesnt matter what it does.

i will not cool down until that THING apologizes or leaves.
Now... if it doesn't matter what "it" does, why even bring it up?

one more thing, you have no right to decide my actions.

Now, I will give you the following options, and we will see what will happen. You can (a.) chill out and drop this matter, or (b.) leave this message board.
Yeah, you're right, I can't make you choose what to do, but I can present the options available and list the ramifications that'll take place. If you read closely, I am not forcing you into one action or the other.

if i didn want to, i could not reply to you, but i did.
I know that all too well, to which I must thank you. It clearly shows which option you chose.

you know what makes me rage? censorship.
Yeah, I know... I do live in the land of free speech, where people are free to express themselves and their statements. However, there is a difference between expressing an opinion on something you dislike, and expressing a vulgarity against something you dislike. In other words, it's ok to express a negative opinion about something, but not ok to use various forums of language within it's expression. You can even use my game rants as a crutch on this one, but keep in mind that they are censored for that very same reason, and can easily stand alone without them.

Oh, and I was the one who made the call to censor them, no one else. Of course, if anyone had an issue with them, I would have no problem in deleting them.

not my faullt if that thing is emo, a cult bastard or gay. im making an opinion and it is forced to respect it, like it or not.
Respecting an opinion is one thing, respecting a vulgarity is another. After all...

[NO INAPPROPRIATE POSTING]
- I don't mind the use of vulgar language every now and then, but please refrain from any excessive use of profanity. Refrain from posting one liners such as "cool" or "lol", make your posts have some substance. Don't spam all of my topics. Try to not double post. Don't cross-post such as making two of the exact same topics in two different boards. Refrain from going off-topic in your discussions such as a topic about a movie suddenly changes into a thread about soundtracks. Try to not create topics in the wrong sections such as talk about video games in the "Granite Orphanage" introduction section, instead of the "Oslo Weekly" fandom section. Also avoid sparking controversial topics that deals with religion, politics, wars, and sex because they only lead to insults and flames. I don't mind a honest mistake, but don't let the Mods and I have to constantly fix your posts. I also may lock/delete topics with no warning.
Now of course, this took place in a thread dealing with political/legal matters, in which the matter was dealt with by a separate member of the moderation team. This was then followed by...

- I do not tolerate any discrimination, insults, or mistreating of the members of this forum. Treat them as how you expect to be treated and everyone here has the right to voice their own personal opinion. [IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY MEMBER OF THIS FORUM]
- If a member is stalking, harassing, or threatening you. Please PM the contents of their actions to the Mods or myself, and we'll take necessary action. If you have a problem with a Mod or think you were treated unfairly by one, please PM enigmaopoeia about it. If you have a problem with the Admin, enigmaopoeia, then please PM me and we'll talk.
To which is the matter that brought me into the mess, and is the matter to which I will be dealing with, given the nature of events and intentions given.

Moderators of this forum are also members, to which have been given the authority to govern where need be. If something arises that requires our attention, we will attend to the matter and deal with it accordingly. Such was the case (as deemed) with your post, to which was taken care of accordingly. From there, a PM conversation began with a level of disrespect shown against the moderator who took the action against you. While it's ok to disagree with the members of the moderation team, it does not mean that it's ok to flat out disrespect them for preforming their tasks. This of course led to the threat of hacking against them, to which didn't happen just once, but multiple times. I have since served warnings against such actions, and you were suspended for a week given the disrespect. It appears you do not understand the words "knock it off."

ill leave when I decide to.
not before, not after.
Yeah, sure, you're free to leave whenever. However, we as the moderation team are also free to place restrictions on your access and abilities here on DCJ as we see fit. Based on all of your actions, and I really hate doing this, we have no choice but to issue your third and final strike.

Now for everyone else who's tuning in to see what's going on. WARMASTER has been sending a series of disrespectful private messages to a member of the moderation team, over various actions taken against them. While some of the actions have been reversed in full or changed to reflect fair play, the level of disrespect only grew. This lead towards threats of hacking into the moderator's computer with malicious intentions, which brought me in to investigate the matter. I have since tried to resolve the issue in a civil manner, though due to deteriorating level of cooperation from the member, I was given little choice in the matter.

In short, this is a public notice that WARMASTER has been banned from Don't Cry Jennifer due to the following reasons.
  • Inappropriate comments in a post.
  • Being disrespectful towards members of the moderation team.
  • Threats of hacking with malicious intent.
The matter is not up for discussion, and the decision on this is final. If anyone has any questions on the matter, please feel free to send them as a private message.
