It was the description of his neck not breaking and him grabbing at the rope as he strangled did it for me, too. I might've voted for Chopper if we'd gotten some details, though, since the way he died has potential to be the creepiest.

Like someone mentioned when the platform is removed from the accused's feet and they drop down the impact breaks their neck, to make sure it does what they used to do is actually get a man to run across the courtyard/field and jump at them and grab onto their feet to pull their body down, to make sure it breaks. While it doesn't mention that in the account of his death I can imagine someone doing that and I dunno... I always imagined that after they tried it you could hear Sledgehammer making this really messed up choking laugh, despite all the blood oozing through the bag... Gross! Also the way he pulls up on the rope and there's supposed to be a really bad smell, (The account mentions several spectators fainting.) I dunno... It's just really creepy to me.

Well, I think it's just like, a thing around your shoulders, but the platform still gets removed from under your feet and you're left hanging there in shock. o.o;;; So if you want to find out the emotions Sledgey felt during his death for a fanfic, do some research there? :0

Sledgy's because being hung is something that always gave me the creeps. Corroder's because, well, he's being burned and eaten away alive @Ottervinn - I might be going there on my trip to London soonly, I'll let you know what its like if I do.

That would also be paintful, and I'm guessing the twins would see each other die. So, I'd say a tie between those two.
