I think Clock Tower Ghost Head is a good game. Sure the game feels a little sloppy. But I still enjoy it. Now the graphics suck and the story is so confusing that you have to go on the Internet to understand. But still, it's the same old Clock Tower game. You run away being chased by an enemy. You try to hide, or something that will keep the enemy away. But let me get to my rant. Now, the enemies do not come automatically at random times. You have to activate the event and then you will get chased by the enemy and the event will not happen again. So that means you get a limited amount of chases. That SUCKS!! Plus the main person you are suppose to run away from who is George Maxwell, he is even mentioned in the very beginning, is not your enemy in the beginning. He could at least be in the second chapter, but no. You have to run away from repetitive Zombies. You run away from George Maxwell only two freaking times. That's not right. So even with the stupid problems, I still think it's a good game. So I will vote YES. |

While it's not my favorite in the series (that'd be Clock Tower 2/USA), I do like Ghost Head/The Struggle Within. It definitely needed to be worked on more before being released, but it's definitely not the worst game out there; to be blunt, it's, um, mediocre more than anything. And Saidou/Maxwell shows up waaaay more than twice if you take long enough, believe me. (Speaking of him, he's my second favorite villain in the series, so that says something!) |

It's a terrible sequel, and here's why: -long/boring dialogue (scenario) -anime theme (art direction) -(obviously) not canon -nothing from previous games (except lame references) It's like they tried to glue all pieces together to make a game, but failed. Still it's an okay game, but has many flaws. |

I love this game. =) Once the zombies start coming in, it's terribly annoying. In fact if they just took the zombies out, it would be completely all right with me. XD;; And yeah, both Stephanie AND Maxwell come out at random times if you take long enough (I wouldn't say the same for the zombies though, I think one time I killed all the zombies in the entire hospital and then I was stuck because I needed a way to turn into Bates XD;; I think I eventually found one though, but only because I missed an area) I think the plot is awesome and I fell in love with the characters. To me, if I can love the plot, nothing else matters, even if the gameplay makes me want to tear my hair out. That's why I like Rule of Rose XD The only thing I could complain about is that, like CT3, they probably should have named it something different (like just simply Ghost Head) since it doesn't relate to the previous stories and isn't even made by the same people. So that way people wouldn't come in with expectations and then go "OMFG THIS ISN'T THE CLOCK TOWER I KNOW!" |

Oh thanks for telling me. I have only played it the regular way instead of messing around. But there are still a lot more zombie chases than Maxwell chases I think. But yeah, Maxwell is a really good villain. |

I absolutely adore this game. It's a bit of a pain to play, but we all knew that. The characters, the characters, the characters! I love them! They're fun to watch, play as, draw... write... And of course, I also wish that Saido showed up more. ._. I also believe that it is canon, Consul... it doesn't have anything to do with Scissorman, but I do believe that it happened in the same world-- just on the other SIDE of the world. XD |

They probably went with Clock Tower title because of marketing reasons. Damn low-budget video games. |

I chose "maybe." As a game, I really didn't like it. The backtracking is painful, and without being able to switch between Alyssa and Bates on the fly, activating his scenarios were a chore. And while graphics don't matter to me as much as gameplay, TSW was in that special category with Alundra 2 where the graphics were so bad (even for a game made back in the day) it was impossible to not notice. However, as a horror story, it's great. Like the other CTs before it, much attention was given to presentation, the characters are likeable, and the plot (once it's untangled a little) is intriguing. Plus, it's just beautifully gory. That's what I remember most about it; getting, for instance, to split open and dig around inside a cadaver, or follow a trail of severed body parts around your house. |

I said No. Now, I love Yu, Bates and Shannon very dearly mind you(and Sometimes Ishizue, only to join in the Ghost head OT4) But it was VERY horrible. Not Just Graphics, because they were good for its time, but the plot was bad, it had some resident evilness in it which threw me off since its supposed to be Horror/Survival not action/adventure/horror, which means no guns and no zombies. Not to mention the main bad dude only came around once or twice. I can kinda get over the fact Jenny isn't there, but there was No Scissorman and no Clock tower. Which is why I favor CT3 cause at least they do have a Scissorman and big ben. But hey thats just me. :rolla: (why am I in a Rolla faze?) |
