Hi there, first post old topic. But yeah, i remember this vid when it was posted it was just terrible and i remember i commented on it a while back. I also remember a comment when she said you dont feel for the character. But yet you do for the emotionless leon from resident evil 4 Then then comments of hpw its hard to save but saving in other games such as Silent Hill and Resident Evil is fine. strange
Yeeeeah, well sadly I think it boils down to one of the simplest (And possibly stupidest) things. "Resident Evil is Popular, Clock Tower is not." Because there are already popular survival horror games on the markets that lots of people are familiar with, new games (Unless they get LOADS of hype) will always be forever compared to them and live in the shadows of the classics, just because it's not as well known people instantly shun them as a sort of cheap rip off version, they don't always really look into the game to see what makes it different or good.

Errrr, take Grand Theft Auto for instance, all the similar games that were released (Saints Row, Mercenaries, True Crime) get called a "GTA clone" now, if you ask me that just kinda goes to show how sometimes people just wont even bother playing a game before they label it a ripoff version...

Anyway, i'm rambling, yes I agree with what you said completely!
