Can't progress glitch?

Posts: 19 Group: Mummy Member #17 Joined: 09/12/06	Hey guys, thought I could ask help from you. I'm currently stuck in "Yellow Cursed Doll" chapter with the following items on my inventory. -Gun -Oil can -Lighter -Golden Statue -Amulet Right now I'm next to the fireplace and trying to use the golden statue on the fireplace but Alyssa keeps saying that the fireplace can still be used. I've exited this dining room tons of times but I can't seem to throw the statue inside the fireplace. Is this a glitch or have I done something wrong? Thanks in advance. I think I had trouble at this part too, but I can't remember what you have to do to get the statue in the fireplace. Have you tried using a guide to see if there's something you're doing wrong, like the ones on GameFAQs?

I managed to fix the glitch by putting down the amulet in Stephanie's room, getting it again and returning to the fireplace. Much appreciated. :happy:
