In all fairness, Laursen should have had a free kick awarded against him early on (no way a penalty though because initial foul was outside the box) - but then again, I can think of god only knows how many occasions John Carew was fouled by Terry but it went against him! On at least one occasion, the linesman gave a foul against Carew - and the bloody ref called it the other way! So it evened itself out. We limited Chelsea to just 2 shots on target! And we had 5 shots on target! So while Chelsea had the share of possession, it just shows they could do absolutely nothing with it other than hitting it wide and off target, while we did actually cause some real problems and got the end result. The best result for Villa in a while now. Its been a long time coming, but you really sense the Villa Lion is starting to roar again!
