Jaques Posted: May 5 2007, 10:54 AM ......well done!!! Its great when you work hard on a project and see a good result - I have a pet hate with anything to do with decorating, since I do so much of it for a living and am just about to get on with some more, so I can have a holiday next week (weather permitting) - got a new tent with an extra room for the lady's shoes :rollingpin - love her really!!! |

Jaques Posted: May 5 2007, 11:07 AM This is a house I renovated 2.5 yrs ago in Hastings, I had to move in whilst the missus stayed at the Manchester flat so I could make it habitable, then we lived there for 4 mths whilst I did it up to sell and move on - it gets very tiring and Im not the best of DIY ers so a lot of it is make do and slap it up but maybe put a picture of the Dalai Lama over a loose bit of plaster I hadnt got around to fixing and open the back door which had a huge gap in when the buyer came to look over - she was the lst person to look and loved it anyway, so I had a sale straight away (lucky)user posted image |
