coz it wasnt blowing at the time of the mot, mot basically say that the car is roadworthy at that specific moment, if you drive away from the mot place and a bulb blows, your car is then unroadworthy, does this make it the mot'ers fault, should he have not passed your car because the bulb was about to blow, did his crystal ball fail him
