Hi, I started with a high APR then they reduced it as i had kept up with my payments, I dont really have a complaint about the APR, my credit rating was rubbish so it was all I could expect, I wouldn't have gone there if I thought I could have got a better deal elsewhere.. it was purely out of desperation! My complaint is that I have a finance agreement for more then twice the value of the car of which I have paid more than £1500 in repairs in less than 24 Months.. After reading all of this information I have decided to challenge YCC. My first stop is to ask for a statement of my account detailing the amount I have paid towards the car and the amount I have towards their phoney insurance and worthless warranty (AKA toilet paper). Wish me luck! |
