This is just a prime example why yes car credit have the reputation as 'cowboys' and they would not even change the car after the person had found out ! It really shows what this ompany is all about. I would have driven the car back to the showroom and told them to stuff it and wouldn't have even given them the option to say no to an exchange of car. YES CAR CREDIT ARE BAD NEWS !! :angry: A new bonnet and 1 front wing are hardly 'major bodywork'. At least the car was repaired properly with new panels and not fillered. Get your facts correct before making a very silly comments ! The car in-fact had two new front wings, a new bonnet, new grill and both headlamps replaced. I have had a full report done on the car by Vauhall. This could hardly be described as a couple of scratches a few dents on the car.... wear and tear items.. Vauhall have also made comments to that the work carried out had NOT been done to the standard of a maindealer. If you had just bought a car for over ten thousand pounds and found the same out only having had the car for a matter of weeks I am sure you would want the car to be replaced too. Please, before making crazy comments, find out the facts ! :angry:
