Pip, Its quite simple. They cannot do this. You have not signed any contract with them. If you took out finance with them but failed to pay any installments then they can apply to have you put on the black list. Just because they claim to have got you credit means nothing until you sign that dotted line. You are not the only ones to suffer from this scenario. It is YCC carrying out their bully boy tactics. Soon it will backfire on them. Watch this space. |
