Joe05, First report it to Trading Standards. See the link on this site Second e-mail Charlie.MacDonald@directautofinance and tell him your story. Third, except letters from YCC recovery dept. I have been informed that if you have a dispute with a car then it is up to the supplier, YCC, to prove the car was roadworthy. Not many people know that but my friend the criminal solicitor does. After talking to Trading Standards I think you might have a good case. Give them a go but do contact this MacDonald guy as he is the Customer Service Director. Good luck |
