As others have stated, we have been told we will be made bankrupt and our property would be at risk should we fail to pay up. When we tried to negotiate payment terms with them, they were unwilling to budge insisting on the full amount immediately. They also didn't care about what Yes Car Credit had or hadn't done, in our case, the refusal to honour the warranty, and the refusal to collect the vehicle. I now see that what Go Debt are doing is illegal. I think I shall be contacting the OFT about them. |
