As others have stated, we have been told we will be made bankrupt and our property would be at risk should we fail to pay up. When we tried to negotiate payment terms with them, they were unwilling to budge insisting on the full amount immediately. They also didn't care about what Yes Car Credit had or hadn't done, in our case, the refusal to honour the warranty, and the refusal to collect the vehicle.

I now see that what Go Debt are doing is illegal. I think I shall be contacting the OFT about them.

Make sure you do complain. Anyone else in this position must do the same.

Important ! Any Yes customers who are in the position of returning the car back half way through the finance agreement and have the issue about having to pay for insurances for a further two years. Contact the OFT and put the complaint in writing to them !
