Hey there, Had a letter through from Go Debt today - never even had any notice from YCC about "Outstanding Insurance"! I returned the car in May ending the agreement, not once missing nor being late with an instalment of £296.19 every single month for 24 months - one would have thought they would contact me first before handing me over to GO Debt. So..... I called Go Debt offered them a payment of £100 a month until I have payed the £2000 outsatnding insurance, They refused told me to "go borrow some money and pay £2000 or else they will issue a statutory demand" - WHAT TO DO? |
