When we tried to negotiate payment terms with them, they were unwilling to budge insisting on the full amount immediately. They also didn't care about what Yes Car Credit had or hadn't done, in our case, the refusal to honour the warranty, and the refusal to collect the vehicle. I now see that what Go Debt are doing is illegal. I think I shall be contacting the OFT about them. When Godebt are telling you that your home is at risk advise them to take a look at the following Yes Car Credit advert (one of many) where they clearly state the following : Tenants, self-employed and armed forces are welcome.
